Australian Consumer Law (ACL)

Our services are supplied in Australia and are subject to rights and remedies under the Australian Consumer Law which cannot be excluded. Nothing in these terms limits those consumer guarantees. If you are a consumer, our liability for failure to comply with a consumer guarantee is subject to the remedies available under ACL.
